-Please remove all valuables and big items before we arrive

-We charge extra for pet hair removal.

- Oddysseys, nissan quest, Caravans, toyota Siennas and cars as big as those mentioned  will be charged $200 more due to the time it takes to clean them.

-If your car has cloth seats it will be a $50 charge to deep cleaned them and remove stains

-We do not remove ODORS from cars, the cars will look clean but we do not guarantee that odors such as vomit, rotten fruits, milk spills etc will go away.

-Cars with third row of seats will be considered XL

-For privacy issues we DO NOT  clean center consoles and/or glove box compartments, if you want them cleaned please leave them open

-We are an ECO-FRIENDLY company and we use very little water to clean the exterior of the cars. We have a 5% credit card fee, no fees when paying cash, venmo, zelle or apple pay/ apple cash!

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle and Apple pay/AppleCash, we also accept credit cards but due to high credit cards fees a 5% fee will be applied to credit card payments.

I can't have you come to my work, can i leave the car at home and you clean it whitout me being there?

yes that's fine but sometimes  the car automatically locks or we accidentally lock the doors when cleaning around the lock  buttons on the doors so please leave the key in the mailbox or somewhere hidden just in case, thank you! also, please send payment thru venmo or zelle as soon as were done because for some strange reason when people are not there when were done 99.9% of the time they will forget to send payment, please don't let me leave your house without getting paid.

Can you come to my apartment building and clean the car in the parking lot?

If you can reserve the loading dock that would be great, otherwise please ask management and see if they will allow us to clean the car in the parking lot.

What do you need from me, what do i need to do to be prepared?

If you could remove most of the junk from the car that would be great, and we usually find stuff like pens, hair tie thingies, $100 dollar bills (jk), coins, lost drivers licenses, small air compressors, earings etc, so if you can leave a reusable shopping bag in the trunk so we can put the loose stuff we find that would be great! also, we bring our own water and electricity but it would bve awesome if we can use your front porch outlet if you have one.

Do you have discount for multiple cars?

yes we do, we have a $20 percent discount per car but I prefer different visits, 1 car per day due to some issues i had had in the past, for example, if you cancel and you have 2 cars same day we will have nowhere else to go and our whole day will be ruined (been there)

Can you clean my car in the Target/Walmart/Church parking lot?

I try to avoid parking lots at all cost, the last time a nice lady thought it was a good idea to clean her car at a church parking lot and the security or some kind of  guard called the police and we were forced to leave and the guard treated me and my helper not in a very humane way, also, the DC parking ticketing people are the evilest people ever, please dont park the car where those people will come and humilliate us with their attitude and ask us to leave.

how long will it take for my seats to dry? (only applies to cars with fabric seats)

The seats will be 99.9 percent dry by the time were done!

How do I schedule an appointment?

The bookig option here is not accurate and can be tricky for example, i have no way to make a calendar with the days im available, i would prefer you text me to schedule, just say "When are you avaiable for an "interior detail" via text and I will text you right back.
